Whether for purchase or long-term rental, we are your contact in and around Portixol. Our family-run business is located on the beautiful beach promenade in Portixol, a small fishing village in front of Palma. We have successfully brokered residential properties for over 25 years.
We specialize in sales in and around Portixol and Molinar. As for long-term rentals we operate across the island.
With us you have a professional partner at your side who will reliably take care of your property marketing, or who will search your dream property for you. We accompany you to a successful conclusion, and of course we are also your contact after a purchase or rental to support you concerning all questions and doubts you might have.

Founder and Company´s Manager
Steffen Döhne
Steffen is the founder and managing director of Mallorca Mietboerse and Evolution Portixol. Many of our clients have known and appreciated him for decades as a reliable companion and advisor in questions concerning real estate and construction projects.
Steffen speaks German, Spanish and English.
...is the inventor of the saying "It's only Portixol but I like it" and also has a soft spot for rock music.
Office Manager
Denise Jakobs
Denise is responsible for the organisation and administration of our office, including scheduling, document management and the communication with staff and clients. She is therefore the engine of our office.
Denise speaks German, Spanish, Mallorcan and English.
.... is our organisational talent in the office, always keeping a cool head. How she manages to coordinate several tasks at the same time is a mystery to us.

Anne Fiedler
Anne is about to graduate as a real estate specialist. With her knowledge and expertise in the sector, she accompanies our clients throughout the process and assists them before as well as after the conclusion of the contract.
Anne speaks German, Spanish, English.
.... would probably break any odometer, as she is almost always on foot or on her bike, whether by the sea or in the mountains. But hey, with so much energy and enthusiasm, we cannot avoid being inspired by her.

Mirjam Vriendts
Mirjam was born in the Netherlands and has lived on Mallorca for over 30 years. Accordingly, she knows the local real estate market very well, the demand situation as well as soft location factors such as the offer of schools and doctors.
Mirjam speaks Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian and English.

Daniel joined the team in April 2023. With his many years of experience and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, he supports our clients in meeting their individual needs and wishes.

Valerie Gouince
Valerie supervises our construction projects on site in all phases - from planning to finalisation. She also helps the owners with their questions and wishes after the construction has been completed. In summary: She makes sure that all projects run smoothly and that our clients are happy.
Valerie speaks French, Spanish and English.
